Mahir was born in 1981 in Antalya, Turkey. He graduated from the faculty of economics, but since his childhood has been involved in the art of photography. He worked as a graphic designer and visual director in various advertising agencies for 14 years. Now he lives with his wife and daughter in a village far from the city.
